Workshop on Microfluidics and Lab-on-a-chip technologies

WHEN: November 27, 2015
WHERE: Masaryk university campus Bohunice, meeting room 211, building A35

microfluidcsMicrofluidics & Lab-on-a-chip (LoC) technology is an emerging technology that enables the construction of discovery platforms for combinatorial biology and chemistry for drug and disease screening and for materials synthesis. It also facilitates diagnostic and characterization systems for, among other things, monitoring the quality of the water supply, detecting diseases at the point of care, and studying microbial diversity.

The main aims of CEITEC Microfluidics & Lab-on-a-chip workshop are support collaboration, enhance visibility, inspire students and discuss further development and technology transfer in this exciting area.
