This one-day workshop took place at the Institute of Applied Biosciences (INAB) of the Center for Research and Technology Hellas (CERTH), Greece on December 15th. A number of presentations and hands-on exercises at the workshop introduced the characteristics and constraints of the computing and storage resources available to European Researchers through EGI, and provide a detailed training on deploying standard bioinformatics pipelines (including NGS data analysis) through the available resources.
