Instrument description:	Liquid chromatography system Eksigent nanoLC 425 is coupled with new AB SCIEX QTRAP® 6500 system merges triple quadrupole and linear ion trap capabilities with new multi-component IonDrive™ technology to produce the world's most sensitive and selective triple quadrupole. Thanks to that our system has a linear ion trap we can performed SRM triggered MS/MS which allows acquiring clean, un-interfered spectra of synthetic peptides. It helps better optimization and development of MRM methods for targeted quantification of proteins.
