PhD Positions – Molecular Medicine Programme

The main goals of Molecular Medicine Programme address the actual topics in current biomedical research and clinical medicine. They are focused on introduction of modern approaches of the genome analysis (human, as well as microbial), characterisation of cell behaviour on a molecular level, with emphasis on malignant transformation, and resistance to modern anti-cancer treatment, and analysis of mechanisms leading to disturbances of immune response.

2. Identification of novel therapies for genetically defined CLL cases through repurposing of already approved drugs Michal Šmída
3. Non-Coding RNAS and Microenvironmental Interactions of B-Cell Leukemias and Lymphomas Marek Mráz
4. Role of Cdk12 in regulation of gene expression/DNA damage response in ovarian cancer Dalibor Blažek
5. The mechanisms of drug resistance and adaptive response in chronic lymphocytic leukemia Marek Mráz
