INFORMATION:
2-days long course will provide comprehensive overview of the current efforts, challenges and opportunities of next generation sequencing techniques in research and clinical practice. The course will provide an introduction into clinically oriented sequencing on Illumina platform and latest bioinformatics analytical methods to filter out biologically and clinically meaningful information. Practical part of the course on 18.1. is dedicated to PhD students of ITN project ALKATRAS, while lectures on 19.1. are open to all.
