Instrument description:
Inverted microscope Zeiss Axio Observer.Z1 with laser scanning unit LSM 780. Microscope disposes solid state lasers - 405, 561 and 633 nm and argon laser - 455, 488, 514 nm. For detection of fluorescence signal in confocal mode there are two PMT detectors, 32 channel spectral GaAsP detector and T-PMT for transmission light detection. Microscope is also equipped with CCD camera AxioCam MRm with resolution 1388x1040 pixels for widefield microscopy. Microscope have environmental chamber with controlled temperature and humidity for live cell imaging.

Booking should be performed in the blocks. Each person is allowed to reserve only single block per day.
1. 6:00 - 12:00, 6 hours, book this block preferentially if you need more than 2 hours confocal time
2. 12:00 - 14:00, 2 hours, this block is for people who need to check shortly some samples
3. 14:00 - 22:00, 8 hours, book this block preferentially if you need more than 6 hours confocal time
