Inverted microscope Zeiss Axio Observer.Z1 with laser scanning unit LSM 780. Microscope disposes solid state lasers - 405, 561 and 633 nm and argon laser - 455, 488, 514 nm. For detection of fluorescence signal in confocal mode there are two PMT detectors, 32 channel spectral GaAsP detector and Airyscan detector and T-PMT for transmission light detection. Microscope is also equipped with CCD camera AxioCam MRm.
Lasers: 405, 458, 488, 514, 561, 640 nm.
Detectors: 2 x PMT detectors, 1 x GaAsp PMT spectral detector, 32-channels Airyscan detector, T-PMT detector.
Camera: Axiocam MRm, CCD sensor, 1388 x 1040 pixels, pixel size 6.45 x 6.45 um.
Objectives: 10x/0.3 M27 EC Plan-Neofluar; 20x/0.5 M27 EC Plan-Neofluar; 25x/0.8 M27 LD LCI Plan-Apochromat W, Oil, Glycerol korr; 40x/1.2 M27 W Korr C-Apochromat; 63x/1.3 M27 Imm korr LCI Plan-Neofluar; 63x/1.4 M27 OIL DIC Plan-Apochromat
