Instrument description:	Growth Chamber from Percival Scientific was specifically designed for growth of the Arabidopsis plant. It provides adequate space for growing the plant to maturity under controlled temperature, humidity, and light conditions. Percival’s Intellus controller is capable of controlling temperature, humidity, CO2, and lighting events. Each tier of shelves is lighted by 17W cool white fluorescent lamps and 25W incandescent lamps properly spaced for uniform light intensity over the entire shelf. Intensity is adjustable to up to 250 µmoles/m2/s of light irradiance. Temperature range: +10° - +44° C lights on and +2° - +44° C lights off.
